I.T. Vibe Under New Management
Sunday, April 29, 2007 at 19:24 by Peter Smith

Start-up company Vibe Network LTD today announced it has acquired the assets and intellectual property of IT news website ITvibe.

Speaking via email, Simon Spicer, CEO of Vibe Network said: "It is very exciting news for us, ITvibe is a strong brand and with our expertise we can really build on it"

The main focus according to the new team involved is to keep the existing goals of the site (informative, entertaining & unbiased IT news) while improving the frequency of news postings.

"Most recently, news frequency on the website has been a big problem, but with our team in place this will become a thing of the past. IT Vibe will continue to have the same high-quality news that has been expected, but will be updated much more frequently," Said Simon, adding "I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the loyal readers for their continued support and comments on the website. Without them, we [IT Vibe] wouldn't be the website that it is today."

Future plans in store inclcude a style upgrade, and increased functionality to allow navagating the website with ease.

Hi, The "Your Name" Field will always say Anonymous unless you sign-up for an account and login. The advantage of this is that posts from registered users are posted instantly. Hope this clears things up. Pete
