Apple has announced it has intentions of opening three new Apple stores within the UK. The store locations are to be Manchester, Southampton and Kingston.
The Apple site says :-
'Apple is now hiring for the Apple Store Bentall in Kingston and the Apple Store West Quay in Southampton, which are set to open later this year. If working at Apple has always been your dream job, you might be one of the passionate individuals we're looking for'.
There are currently 6 Apple stores within the UK at the moment. The stores offer Apple customers the chance to experience the newest Apple hardware, applications and accessories first hand with products like digital camera's, camcorders and the entire iPod range available for people to try. Each store also boasts a Mac specialist to demonstrate products and answer technical questions relating to any Apple issues you may have. The stores also provide a repair service for any Apple product that may have met an early demise.
The register has reported that Apple plan to open its first store in Europe. The first European store is planned for later this year and is rumoured to be in Rome. There are also reports Apple plan to set up and open 3 stores in Canada by the end of September 2006.
