Saturday, January 28, 2006 at 14:06 by Rich Kavanagh

The research reveals that the Internet facilitating terrorism Internet is the issue the public regards with most concern, while piracy of copyrighted materials causes least concern among the UK public. There is a twenty percentage difference between the two. Timothy Ryan, director of brand marketing, AOL UK said,

"We have seen a massive focus on price and speed in this market, but not on some of the serious issues raised by the Internet. There is a substantial debate about the Internet's impact on people's lives, which is being missed. We are pleased to have provoked such a huge public response."

Ipsos MORI conducted the research for AOL UK by interviewing face to face a representative national quota sample of 1,032 adults aged 15+ in 201 sampling points throughout Great Britain between 1st and 5th December 2005.
