Adobe launch Acrobat 7.0
Wednesday, January 05, 2005 at 22:34 by Laurence Norah
Adobe Systems Incorporated today announced that their Adobe Acrobat product family has been updated to version 7. The product update also includes version 7 of the ubiquitous Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which most users will be familiar with.

Adobe say that this update to their Intelligent Document Platform provides users with the ability to assemble documents from multiple sources, create intelligent forms and collaborate on projects which exist both inside and outside company firewalls. Which all sounds very good.

Acrobat 7.0 Professional and Standard are available right now in a multitude of languages, the former with a price tag of around $449 and the latter with a price tag of around $299. Upgrade pricing options are also available.
