SCO Group website hacked (again)
Monday, November 29, 2004 at 20:38 by Andy Holliday
Software giant SCO group have had their website defaced after once again being targeted by hackers.

In the first incident, hackers inserted "SCO vs World" at the top of one of the site's pages. The text also went on to state that SCO had discovered "parts of our code in almost all Microsoft(R) software. We want to bring an action against Microsoft(R) and our legal department is working on that."

The second defacement consisted of a hacked banner on the company's home page that stated, "We Own All of Your Code, pay us all your money."

SCO have now fixed the security flaw that enabled the hackers to deface the website according to a spokesperson.

At this present time, the SCO website remains unavailable.
