AOL and Microsoft file junk email law suits

Following on from our report on Monday about the first ever CAN-SPAM law suit being filed, there is another one hot on its heels today.

This one however, involves some slightly bigger players.

AOL, Microsoft, Earthlink and Yahoo have all filed separate law suits under the recent CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

The suits this time however, are all against individuals, rather than other firms.

More details as we get them.
