Napster to launch in UK
Wednesday, March 03, 2004 at 18:44 by Rich Kavanagh
Infamous digital music download service provider Napster has announced their intention to launch in the UK.

For months now, Napster has only been available to residents of the USA.

Details of a precise launch date have not been revealed, apart from "before the end of summer".

Pricing details were also kept under wraps.

Adam Howorth, spokesperson for Napster UK said very little,

"Once the service is established (in the UK) we will then look to roll out Napster across Europe on a country by country basis, with localised content. Pricing will be compatible with the US model of Napster."

More news as it happens.
